If at any time a special activity results in the <br />attendance of more than 100 users at the facility# a <br />responsible agent of the association shall apply for a large <br />assembly permit from the City of Orono. <br />3. As applicants will not require a dock length variance <br />for their boat dock, applicants are advised to complete the <br />filing of a joint use dock license with the City for the <br />1991 season. It is recommended that the applicant be <br />limited to 15 slips based on the current level of use. <br />4. On-site septic inspector must complete an annual <br />inspection of the septic systems during late spring/early <br />summer months. Applicant to provide transport if inspection <br />is not a part of regular inspection schedule for Big Island. <br />5. Fire ring shown on the site plan for the day use <br />recreation area shall be subject to special fire protection <br />standards set forth for Big Island recreation areas, i.e. <br />supply of water and sand, blanket, and bucket. <br />6. Applicants shall be responsible for submitting all <br />proposed changes in bylaws related to membership to City for <br />review prior to any formal action by Big Island Inc. <br />The enclosed resolution has been drafted approving both the <br />conditional use permit for day use recreation area and the <br />variance for repair of the swimming deck/dock within the 0-75 ’ <br />setback area (application #1660).
