Vacation of 20* alley as platted within the plat of <br />rearrangement of Lot 1, Kitchel Subdivision of Government <br />Lots 5 and 6 <br />Dear Cell: <br />» <br />The City of Orono's Planning Commission is reviewing the request <br />of Big Island, Inc.*s application for the vacation of the 20* <br />alley as shown on the enclosed plat map. The entire peninsula <br />consisting of Record Lots PID #22-117-23 42 0020 and 22-117-23 42 <br />0019 are under single or common ownership. s currently owned, <br />the platted alley has no functional/public use. The DNR is asked <br />to review and comment to determine if they find anv opposition to <br />the City approving the vocation of the platted a* u v. <br />The City of Orono's Planning Commission will be reviewing this <br />request at their July 15 meeting.
