V‘. .' <br />t’'. <br />% <br />A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION <br />CITY RECORDER LAURIE SCHEFFLER <br />ffHEREASr the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, <br />and <br />HHBRBASr Laurie Scheffler began her employment with the <br />City of Orono on a part time basis as secretary/recorder on July <br />11, 1988, and <br />WHBRBAS, Laurie became a full time secretary/recorder on <br />January 1, 1989 and on March 2, 1 990 Laurie contracted with the <br />City of Orono as Recorder. She served as Recorder to the City <br />Council, Planning Commission and Park Commission. <br />WHBRBAS, Laurie Scheffler has been a positive asset to <br />the City staff and has performed her duties in a timely and <br />professional manner. <br />WHBRBAS, Laurie Scheffler and her family are moving to <br />St. Louis, Missouri and has submitted her resignation to become <br />effective after the July 22, 1991 Council meeting. <br />NOW, THBREPORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Orono <br />Mayor, Council, Planning and Park Commissions, residents and <br />employees thank Laurie for a job well done and wish her and her <br />family well in their new home. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held July 22, 1991. <br />ATTEST:Barbara A.
