They have submitted a <br />total estimate of $14,800, excluding direct expenses and <br />excluding any additional expenses incurred as a result of <br />application to the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in <br />Financial Reporting. This compares with an actual cost for the <br />1990 audits of $15,405 plus $795 for direct expenses and $3,000 <br />for the certificate program. The 1991 FY cost estimates are: <br />a. Annual audit for the City $13,100 <br />b. Single audit covering federal programs 700 <br />c. Minnesota legal compliance audit 1,000 <br />TOTAL $14,800 <br />We budgeted $15,840 in 1991 for the 1990 audits, plus $3,800 for <br />the Certificate of Achievement and direct costs.
