The original 4 year term of the contract is extended <br />for a period of 1 year to 30 April, 1990. <br />C. The employee may resign only after 60 days prior <br />notice in writing unless this time requirement is waived <br />by the City Council. <br />SECTION III TERMINATION AND SEVERANCE <br />3^ Por the fifth year of the contract from 1 May, 1989 <br />to 30 April, 1990 the terms listed in paragraph 1 of <br />this subsection shall apply with the following <br />addition: <br />Three months gross salary including all insurance <br />benefits, if involuntary termination takes place during <br />the fifth year of employment. <br />SECTION IV SALARY <br />B.
