Bernhardon, City Administrator <br />Dorot»'y ;M. ^Hallin, City Clerk <br />Teri Maab, Deputy Clerk <br />Date:July 15, 1991 <br />Subject: R'iS"''Tiation - Contract for Recorder Position <br />Thio memo is being submitted as my resignation from my <br />current position with the City as Deputy Clerk with the condition <br />that I be awarded a one year contract as City Recorder <br />(thereafter to be reviewed annually) with the conditions of that <br />contract being agreed upon by both parties. <br />I have come to this decision because of conflicts at home <br />and also I would just like to spend some time with my family <br />while they are young. <br />This resignation, if accepted, will become effective after <br />August 9, 1991. My duties as Recorder would begin with the <br />August 6th Park Commission meeting. <br />I have enjoyed the many years I have worked for the City and <br />hope to continue on a contractual basis. <br />I would like to continue health insurance through the City <br />on the Cobra plan for as long as possible. I would also like to <br />retain my money in the P.E.R.A. program at this time. <br />A
