Previous experience along with the ability to meet projoct <br />schedule and control must be demonstrated. <br />Proposals for consideration will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. July 17, <br />1991. Box 66 <br />1335 Brown Road South <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />The following schedule is provided for your information: <br />July 3, 1991 RFP's mailed <br />July 17, 1991 Last date for receipt of RFP's <br />July 22, 1991 Interviews of final candidate firms <br />July 22, 1991 Selection & approval of CM firm by City Council <br />A description of the project follows: <br />A campus building site at Highway 12 and Old Crystal Bay Road across <br />from the Orono School. Project includes a 19,000 s.f. one-story with <br />basement City Hall and Police facility. A public works garage of 29,000 <br />s.f. as a one-story structure. <br />Both projects are on the saune site. The garage building will be built <br />first with the vehicle storage portion completed with relative site work by <br />the end of Decesiber 1991. <br />Please submit 5 (five) copies of your response by July 17, 1991, at <br />3i00 p.m. The evaluation will be based on information contained in the <br />proposal. It is our intent that a construction manager be selected as soon <br />as possible to obtain the optimum from this firm as a contributing member <br />of the Building Team.
