As ^ <br />everyone is aware, part of the project required placing two <br />12'xl2* box culverts under McCulley Road at the Luce Line Nature <br />Trail. <br />In the past several years we have received complaints fr<xn <br />the DNR because of storm water run-off causing erosion and debris <br />be collect on the trail at the east entrance to the box culverts. <br />City force} have made several attempts at resolving the problem <br />but have been unsuccessful. <br />Therefore the City Engineer has prepared a storm sewer plan <br />that will alleviate the problem permanently. Because this is <br />considered a Municipal State Aid Road (MSA) the project will be <br />paid for with monies the City receives annually from the MSA <br />fund. <br />The Engineer's estimate of cost for this project is $40,000. <br />The plan has been submitted to MSA for approval. <br />laCOMMBMDATIOH - To direct the Ci.y Engineer to advertise for <br />bids for the storm sewer project #152-104-03 on McCulley Road. <br />PROPOSED NOTION - Moved by , seconded by to direct the <br />City Engineer to advertise for bids for the storm sewer project <br />#152-104-03 on McCulley Road.
