(Bill) Stubbs (hereinafter <br />") is the ^wner of t' {. operty located at 2555 Fox iltree' <br />City of Orono (herein tter "City") and legally described as <br />Lots 9 and 10, Auditors Subdivision #229, Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota (herainafter "the property"); arl <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for a <br />variance to Municipal Zoning Code Section 1C.26, Subdivision 5 (B) to <br />permit the construction of a single family residence on a property <br />that consists of 1.46 acres of dry contiguous lands instead of the <br />required 2 acres in area. <br />Minnesota: <br />HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Crono, <br />FINDINGS <br />1. <br />2. <br />This application was reviewed as Zoning File |165i. <br />The property is located in the RR-IB Single Family Rural <br />Residential Zoning District requirirg 2 acres of dry <br />contiguous lands.
