Motion passed. <br />(#7)ZONING FILE #1650-HENNEPIN COUNTY DEPT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />INTERSECTION OP COUNTY ROADS 15 AND 51 <br />AFTER-THE-FACT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/VARIANCE <br />There were no representatives present on behalf of the <br />Hennepin County Department of Transportation. <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to grant <br />an after-the-fact Conditional Use Permit and Variance for land <br />alterations within the 75 foot setback area in excess of 100 <br />cubic yards, based on Staff findings #1 and #2, as set forth in <br />Jeanne Mabusth's memo dated June 12, 1991.
