The project is located north of the <br />Cinintersectioa of Navaire Lane and Hillside Place in the City of Orono. The wetland is connected to <br />Crystal Bay, Lake Minnetonka by a culvert with an invert elevation of 927.93. Therefore, t^ <br />wetland acts as pan of the floodplain for Lake Minnetonka. Spoil is to be placed adjacent to the <br />pond at a slope of ^>prOKimately 3.5:1. Fill is to be placed withm the wedai^ along the east edge. <br />Excavation is to be provided along the west edge to compensate for storage capacity loss within die <br />floot^lalh. It is unclear from the information submitted whether the proposed excavation is at the <br />same elevation as the filL <br />This project was reviewed and tabled * the regularly scheduled October meeting of the Board of <br />Maiugm. The Orono Planning C omission has tabled this project. The next Planning <br />Comriussiop netting is Janua^ 22, If 1*1.
