Kelley stated <br />that his motion did not refer to the pillars which must either be <br />constructed to meet the City's requirements or Mr. Rood mus . <br />submit an application for a height Variance. Bellows stated that <br />it has been past policy of the Planning Commission to ask for a <br />comprehensive plan of all projects proposed for a particular <br />property when there is more than one project taking place. She <br />could see no reason to deviate from that policy at this time. <br />Motion# Ayes-5, Bexlows, Nay. She explained that there is a difference between <br />Staff's interpretation of the Sign Ordinance, and that of Mr. <br />Hork. Staff interprets the Sign Ordinance to state that a sign <br />must be attached to a principal structure.
