Since the system was noted to be <br />failing on May 2, 1991, the system has been pumped out once and the <br />oimer claims that the system will be pumped out again this week. The <br />alta has been inspected at least two times per week since the system <br />Ifas discovered to be failing to determine whether there was a threat <br />of surface flow to neighboring properties. To this day no evidence of <br />direct flow to neighboring properties has been identified. <br />City staff will be meeting with the owner, Robyn Stewart, <br />next week i.x order to determine a short-term solution 'ntil the <br />future Oi. the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project is known. <br />lev <br />I <br />f <br />I- <br />gv'.
