V-. <br />t- <br />draft RFP for seeking a construction manager. As noted it is <br />anticipated that interviews would be conducted the week of July <br />15th and selection at the July 22nd meeting, if feasible. It is <br />suggested that the committee include; 2 Council, 1 Planning <br />Commission, a Facility Committee member plus City Administrator, <br />Public Works Director and 1~2 Building Inspectors. <br />Issue £6 - Draft Brochure - Attachment E represents initial work <br />on the boFchure. <br />Issue #7 - Restrictions of Monies - Attachment F represents the <br />draft presented last time regarding restric'-ions of money and it <br />would be appropriate to see if this captures the essence of where <br />Council would like to go. This could actually be structured in a <br />number of ways once we know what the basic "rules of the game <br />Council wants are." <br />Issue #8 -Establishment of Hearing Dates - As noted in <br />Attachment G the schedule tKat we are currently working from has <br />some tentative dates and its a function when the brochure goes <br />out we would like to establish dates either using the schedule or <br />set up dates that are agreeable with Council. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Issues #1 - #4. <br />1.Accept. <br />2.Request further information. <br />3.Take no action. <br />4.Table. <br />Issue #5.
