He noted <br />that he recently learned that the DNR v/ill submit the City's <br />grant agreement after the first of July, for the appropriate <br />signatures. <br />Council accepted the information presented by Staff, and <br />took no action. <br />(#14)1992 BUDGET PROCESS <br />Bernhardson provided Council with information pertaining to <br />initial estimates for budget consideration, as well as a proposed <br />budget process. <br />Council accepted the information as presented, and took no <br />formal action. <br />(#15)1990 AUDIT REPORT <br />Bernhardson asked Council if they would like to have a <br />representative from Malloy, Karnowski & Co. attend a Council <br />meeting to answer questions about the 1990 audit. <br />It was Council’s consensus that there is no need to ask a <br />representative to attend an upcoming Council meeting. No formal <br />action was taken. <br />(#16)LIQUOR LICENSE REVIEW <br />The June 20, 1991 memo prepared by Mark Bernhardson, <br />presented Council with information pertaining to a revised policy <br />for hearing issues related to liquor license suspension. The <br />memo outlined four methods of addressing a liquor license review. <br />Bernhardson recommended alternative #3, v/hich involves the <br />selection of an in-house individual to serve as the Hearing <br />Officer. <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Jabbour, to adopt <br />-18 -
