tt- <br />.. <br />% <br />I " ~ <br />CHY <br />Ij^RONa <br />City of OR ON O <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. _________ <br />A RESOLOTION SETTING MINIMUM NEEDS <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT OF CSAH 15 <br />WHEREASr the City of Oronc is eager to see ir.prcverr.ents made <br />on CSAH 15 but does not feel qualified to design a roadway; and <br />WHEREASr the cities of Orono, .Mound, and Spring Park m st <br />reach a concensus on what improvements are necessary for the safety of <br />both motorists and pedestrians. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Orono, find the following ite.ms are necessary for improvement <br />of CSAH 15: <br />1.Two lanes of continuous traffic, one east and one wett. <br />-'Crete sidewalks, concrete curbs and concrete gutters <br />'ssary. <br />3.Ri>-j ;id left turn lanes wnere needed. <br />4.These improvements to be within the e.x’sting County <br />right of way. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED _nac the Hennepin County Engineering <br />Division design the r^. dway to include the provisions above. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono this 13th day <br />of February, 1984. <br />ATTEST: <br />Alberta M.
