Minnaoia 55323 <br />January^?271991 <br />Dave Peterson <br />2625 Fox Street <br />Wayzatar HN 55391 <br />RE: Stubbs Bay Sewer Project - Update Information <br />Dear Dave: <br />I*n sorry this has tak'^n so long to complete# however# I think <br />the additional informatxon provided here will perhaps give you <br />and your Stubbs Bay neighbors some additional facts# figures and <br />expectations which might result in some residents reconsidering <br />their opposition to a sewer project. <br />Revisiting the "Site Capability” Issue <br />The original analysis of "replacement capabilities" for existing <br />systems was based only on the raw square footage available <br />meeting all setback requirements. It did not take into account <br />topography# soil conditions# or the type of drainfield system <br />(trench or mound) that could be allowed based on these two site <br />factors. <br />In order to more thoroughly analyze individual site conditions# <br />for each property I have listed the limiting site factors (soils# <br />water table# slope/topography, shape of available area# conflict <br />with existing system or disturbed soils) and indicated whether a <br />trench system or mound system would be necessary given the soil <br />conditions• <br />Additionally# based on all of these site factors in addition to <br />the available square footage# each property has been rated as to <br />the "likelihood that at least one fully conforming system can be <br />built on the site"# with the following rating system: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />Probable <br />Questionable <br />Not likely <br />Impossible.
