The notification must <br />include the initial dace of operation, the type of waste <br />accepted, the capacity of the site, the location of the site, <br />the users of the facility, and the expected date of closure. <br />Location standards for permitted facilitlM. Design requirements for permitted facilities. <br />The owner or operator of a permitted desmlition debris land <br />dlepoaal facility must include the following items in the <br />facility design. <br />A. Specifications for the site preparation must be <br />included in the permit application completed in accordance with <br />part 7001.3300. Site preparation muse allow for the orderly <br />developaent of the facility. Site preparation specifications <br />must address clearing and grubbing, topsoil sctipping and <br />storage* eossr material excavation, drainage control structures, <br />and all other design features needed to prepare the site for <br />operation. <br />1. The site must be developed in phases. Each phase <br />must contain individual cells that will provide for filling to <br />final waste elevations. The owner or operator must consider <br />ssaaonal differences in weather and amount of waste received in <br />shown on the ultimate development plana and the approved <br />facility closurs plan. <br />g, Su^fnce water drainage must be diverted around and <br />away from the site operating area.
