Record a detailed description, including a plat, <br />with the county recorder. The description must include general <br />types and location of wastes, depth of fill, and ocher <br />information of interest to potential land owners. <br />H. General requirements. Parts 7035.2S2S to <br />''035.287$ apply to owners and operators of all facilities that <br />feat, transfer, score, process, or dispose of solid waste <br />except as specifically provided otherwise in this part. <br />Subp. 2. exceptions.
