All voted aye. <br />satisfactory <br />Mo*ion passed. <br />(#23*)RESIGNATION-OFFICER TIMOTHY ROBERTS <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Goetten, to accept the <br />resignation of Timothy Roberts from his temporary position as a <br />patrol officer effective 5/29/91 with appreciation for his work <br />and wishing him the best in his new position with the City of <br />Bloomington. All voted aye. Motion passed. <br />(#24)NATBR FOWL REMOVAL PROGRAM ^ ^ <br />Mayor Peterson asked that this item be removed from the <br />Consent Agenda for discussion. She asked Bernhardson how many <br />more years the City will contribute to this effort. <br />Bernhardson believed that the City had agreed to four years <br />of participation. <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to <br />authorize the removal of the water fowl from the Pheasant Lawn <br />by Dr. James Cooper, as has been done in the past years, and <br />to agree to contribute up to $200.00 towards: this effort for the <br />year 1991. All voted aye.
