Scheuer asked about the voting process for the alternatives. Hay/Humbert said that the <br />goal would be for the Committee to come to a consensus as an advisory body to recommend <br />to Mn/DOT which alternatives will be studied further - at the next meeting. Dallam asked <br />if it would be helpful to the committee for HNTB to recommend which alternatives should <br />be studied, based on traffic considerations only. The committee said it would be <br />helpful and requested that this be done. <br />The next meeting was set for June 19, 1991, at 5:30 p.ra..
