Equestrian trails <br />should be separated from pedestrian trails and allowed in non- <br />urban areas only. <br />*Greenways and open space should be utilized wherever possible <br />as buffers to separate residential uses from non-residential <br />uses. <br />‘The City should provide limited recreation facilities and <br />should require 5% land dedication from all developers for <br />school, park and open space purposes or a cash payment in <br />lieu thereof equal in value to said 51 dedication. <br />‘The City should make every effort to coordinate with all rea­ <br />sonable metropolitan and County open space plans. <br />Transportation <br />Objective: <br />To create necessary and convenient linkages between land uses <br />which minimize traffic conflicts and which provide for smooth <br />and efficient systems of people and goods movement. <br />Kt'- <br />fev: ■- 36 - <br />A
