Added to this schedule is the use of additional <br />screens prior to drafting the scoping document together with <br />doing cross sections through the 3 downtown areas for August to <br />illustrate 100-200' layouts in a 5-600’ corridor. Once drafted <br />MnDOT will hold public hearings as required and needed. Once <br />MnDOT takes and revises the document based on the hearings it <br />will approve the document. If a preferred corridor is <br />politically possible to the committee and acceptable to MnDOT <br />that would be addressed at that time. It is anticipated that <br />there will be no July round of meetings. <br />It is our understanding additionally that the <br />will be meeting with the Minnesota Department <br />approximately July 12th.
