See attached. <br />Do you see any issues with this change? The grading plan depict the western most berm cutting off a driveway. If this driveway is not <br />longer to be in use, it should be restored/ vegetated particularly the area north of the berm <br />and into the county right of way. <br />2. A copy of the report on the dredged material samples should be included in the permit <br />application. <br />3. The haul route provided is acceptable. <br />Adam <br />Adam T.
