Date: June 17, 2024 Item: 5.2 <br />Presenter: Melanie Curtis, Planner <br />Section: Public Hearings <br /> <br />Title: #LA24-000026, Gregg Steinhafel, 2265 and 2285 North Shore Drive - <br />Grading IUP (Staff: Melanie Curtis) <br /> <br /> <br />1.Purpose: <br />The purpose of this request is to consider an Interim Use Permit to conduct grading activities over <br />three properties in excess of 500 cubic yards in the Shoreland Overlay District. <br />2.MN§15.99 Application Deadline: <br />The application was submitted on March 24, 2024 and considered to be complete on May 20, <br />2024. The 60-day review period will expire on July 10, 2024. <br />3.Background: <br />The applicant requests an Interim Use Permit in order to utilize approximately 2,900 cubic yards <br />dredging spoil materials on the properties to create 4-foot-tall berms on their properties along <br />North Shore Drive.
