Overall, the resource was delineated based on a lack of wetland hydrology and hydric soil forming a gradual transition boundary in most areas. Upland vegetation communities are generally dominated by boxelder, European buckthorn and Kentucky blue grass. ATYPICAL/PROBLEMATIC CONDITIONS Analysis of antecedent precipitation revealed that the area was well above average at the time of the field investigation, surface hydrology was observed in several areas.
