<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />24910 Territorial Road, Rogers, Minnesota 55374 • 763-428-4489 <br />info@endeseptic.com • www.endeseptic.com <br />______________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />Address: 3465 and 3515 Sixth Ave N Orono, MN 55356 <br />Introduction: <br />On behalf of Aspect Design Build, Tristan Ende from Ende Septic Service conducted a <br />site and soil assessment to help determine suitable area for subsurface sewage <br />treatment system for multiple individual SSTS locations for a 6-lot subdivision based <br />on the criteria set forth in MN chapter 7080 and City of Orono in Hennepin County <br />ordinances. The subject property is in the Southern Quadrant of 6th Ave N and <br />Northeast Quadrant of Wayzata Blvd NW. The properties are existing acreage sites <br />with existing homes that are scheduled to be torn down, a new road installed and 6 lots <br />created for new homes. <br />Ende Septic Service conducted soil observations in the Months of October 2023-May of <br />2024. Further desktop resources were reviewed to help further characterize the site <br />and identify potential factors for a SSTS. Reviewed materials included United States <br />Department of Agriculture soil surveys, wetland delineation maps, Hennepin County <br />natural resource maps and historical satellite imagery. <br /> <br />Per state and local rules, a site for a new facility or home must be a Type 1 septic site. <br />Which means the site must have 12 inches of suitable soil not subject to compaction, <br />disturbance, or prolonged seasonal high groundwater. Ende’s site visit concentrated on <br />sites thought to be of optimal location after reviewal of proposed building locations, <br />road locations and storm water locations. <br /> <br /> <br />225
