V-'V <br />A RBSOLOTION APPROVIMG THE PLAT OP <br />IfILDHDRST ESTATES <br />PILE NO. 1551 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota? <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has <br />adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and <br />safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHBRBAS, the City Council has considered the <br />application for a subdivision of a four lot plat by Robert L. <br />Waade (hereinafter "the subdivider"); and <br />WHBRBAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all <br />standards of the LR-IB lakeshore residential zoning district <br />finding that each lot is of a size and configuration that will <br />allow its use as a single faunily residence to be fully developed <br />without the need of any variances; and <br />WHBRBAS, on February 12, 1991 the Department of Natural <br />Eesources issued a Protected Waters Permit (91-6115) to the <br />subdivider for the installation of a culvert and rip-rapping at a <br />drainage outlet entering into Forest Lake; and <br />WHBRBAS, on March 1, 1991 the Minnehaha Creek Watershed <br />District issued a permit (90-79) for proposed land alterations <br />involving the flood plain of Lake Minnetonka and drainage <br />Improvements adjacent to the shoreline of Forest Lake; and <br />WHBRBAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements <br />of the platting regulations of the City, including; <br />1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution 12848. <br />2. Dedication on the plat of right-of-way for a public road <br />shown as Wildhurst Trail and in conjunction with the <br />dedication of right-of-way and the upgrading of wildhurst <br />Trail, property o%#ners located at 995, 997 and 999 Wildhurst <br />Trail have granted easements to the City for drainage and <br />utility purposes along the southern boundaries of their <br />properties. <br />Page 1 of 3
