Bernhardson, City Administrator <br />DATE June 4, 1991 <br />SUBJECT: Administrator's Information <br />HIGHWAY 12 WATER SYSTEM - As of May 21, 1991 the City's well <br />facility and pressure tanks are on line serving the properties <br />east of Willow Drive. Staff is currently reviewing whether it <br />can shift other customers who currently are receiving water from <br />the Long Lake contract onto the system without jeopardizing fire <br />protection. In a related note, the City is developing a <br />reciprocal emergency agreement to provide water to the City of <br />Long Lake in the future, if such is needed. <br />1950 SHORELINE DRIVE - As noted in the attached letters it is the <br />intent of the owner to have those cabins removed by the deadline <br />set. Staff will be monitoring this situation. <br />PATROL OFFICER EMPLOYMENT - Staff is currently interviewing <br />persons for this position and this item will be presented to <br />Council at a later date. <br />RETIREMENT PARTY - CHIEF KILBO - Attachment C is the invitation <br />for the upcoming retirement party for Chief Kilbo <br />ADMINISTRATOR’S GOAL SETTING - See attachment.
