Water Restriction Ordinance #53, Second Series <br />ISSUE - Have Council formally discontinue conservation measures <br />installed since 1988. <br />INTRODUCTION - In 1988 the Council imposed odd/even sprinkling <br />restrictions throughout the community in an effort to conserve <br />water during the drought. The ordinance requires affirmative <br />action by the Council to remove these restrictions. Attachment B <br />is a resolution that would do so. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by _, Council, because <br />of the bountiful rains that have occurred remove the current <br />restrictions until such time as they are needed to be imposed <br />again by adoption of Resolution #_.
