f <br />r.- <br />lf, <br />r <br />; <br />Vi. <br />I <br />Iki,, <br />o o <br />11 <br />A <br />\\ V <br />m"‘’>X. <br />■?5: • <br />CITY of ORONO <br />v> !*'••■■) s’> ' y*f,RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. ________________ <br />A RBSOLOTION REJECTING BIDS <br />FOR NAVARRE HEIGHTS STORM SENER <br />MBERBAS, the City of Orono is a municipal organization <br />existing under the laws of Minnesota; and <br />NHBRBASf the City of Orono conducted a public hearing to <br />determine the feasibility of a storm sewer project for the Navarre <br />Heights area; and <br />VHBRBASr the City Engineer was ordered to prepare plans and <br />specifications and accept bids to determine costs for the storm sewer; <br />and <br />and <br />NHBRBASr on May 3, 1991 the City received and opened bids; <br />VHBRBASr on May 28, 1991 the Orono Council decided not to <br />proceed further with the project. <br />NOIfr THBRBPORB BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono Council does <br />hereby reject all bids for the Navarre Heights Storm Sewer Project. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota <br />at a regular meeting held this 10th day of June, 1991. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
