Based <br />on the need for volunteers to man cameras together <br />with the limited space in the Council Chambers <br />this issue has been delayed with the possibility <br />of including necessary cameras and communication <br />in any City facility. (It may be worth exploring <br />having the cable company fund at least a portion <br />of any cameras and communication equipment <br />installed at the Council Chambers for this <br />purpose.) <br />D. *Citv Handbooks" - Given the diversity of the <br />Prtp miinit^y and often lack of identity, together with the <br />fact many of the issues such as building permits, <br />hardcover, lakeshore issues are reoccuring that <br />undertaking a City handbook sent out to ^^li current <br />residents and given to new residents possibly through <br />Welcome Wagon mav make much of the reoccuring <br />information available.
