Fund through different means <br />RECOMMENDATION <- It is recommended that once the Council has held <br />the public hearing that they determine the amount to be funded by <br />a special assessment and adopt that amount awaiting what appeals <br />may be received on the special assessments. Should the Council <br />desire to fund a portion or all of the project of this through <br />other than special assessments it is recommended that staff be <br />directed to do further work on establishment of a Navarre Area as <br />a storm sewer drainage area and that allowance be made so that <br />City funding of this project could be paid for through the <br />establishment of a storm sewer district. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by seconded by Council adopts the <br />special assessment roll tabling consideration of bids until the <br />expiration of the 30 day period and table to the Council's July <br />8r 194 1 Council meeting.
