The proposed building appears to have no significant
effects on the surrounding property. We recommend that provisions for the demolition and cleanup
of the area be discussed for the building as it is proposed to be only temporary.
Dahl and Associates, Inc. should provide the City with effluent monitoring records on a continual
basis so that the treated discharge can be reviewed. An estimated average daily flow of treated
water discharged into the sanitary sewer will be necessary to determine the impact on the City ’s
sewer system.
The location of the building that previously existed in the gravel parking lot area should be shown
on the layout map. Provisions for restoring the gravel parking lot after installing the recovery well
and piping should be discussed.
If you have any questions, please contact this office.
Yours very truly,
BONESTROO, ROSENE, ANDERLIK & ASSOCIATES, INC.
Shawn D.
