Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the <br />plat easements and covenants in the amount of $150. <br />HOWr THBRBFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Orono hereby approves the plat of The Marsh at Lafayette, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Lot 8 has been created for the future use of the Freshwater <br />Foundation to be developed by either the Foundation or to be <br />transferred to the University of Minnesota. All future uses of <br />Lot 8 shall be consistent with current B-4 Zoning standards. <br />Access to this cite must be approved by the Hennepin County <br />Department of Transportation. <br />2. All residential accesses to Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 shall be <br />reviewed and approved by the Public Works Director of the City of <br />Orono . <br />3. Prior to the issuance of building permits for new <br />construction, the extension of sewer and water lines shall have <br />been completed and approved by the City. <br />The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with <br />^ a Hennepin County Recorder's Office or Hennepin County <br />Registrar of Titles on or before October 8, 1991 together with a <br />certified original copy of this Resolution and executed copies of <br />the easements and covenants noted above. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall exp.ire if the plat <br />has not been filed by the date specified above.
