MN 55435 <br />The Community Needs Assessment is one of two primary components of the 1992-1995 CHS <br />Plan. The five Community Health Boards are currently reviewing the Community Ne^s <br />Assessment and existing operations, and they are developing program plans which will be the <br />other major component of the 1992-1995 CHS Plan. Public meetings will be held during late <br />July or early August.
