APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Anderson asked for discussion or approval of the March <br />ainutas. <br />Motion 4.16.91.11 Brancel aoved to approve the ainut..os of the <br />March aaatlng. Olds seconded. The notion passed unaniaoualy. <br />111.REPORTS <br />Treasurer*a report <br />Anderson presented the Just Claims for the period 3/20/91 <br />through 4/16/91 (attachaent 1) and asked for discussion or a no­ <br />tion to approve. <br />Motion 4.16.91.21 Olds aoved to approve the Just Claina for the <br />period 3/20/91 through 4/16/91. Hughes-Seaaana seconded. The <br />notion paesed unaniaoualy. <br />Adainiatretor*a report <br />Watts reviewed the Production Report (attachaent 2) which <br />chronicled activities at the Excelsior studio as well as sone of <br />progra.'' * produced at the Orono studio. The third aeeting of <br />the video ptod.-'er's club would be held April 23 and olana were <br />being made to r..over the Minnetonka School Board Candidates Forun <br />on May 9. <br />The aonthly report fron Triax showed 14 shows had been coa <br />pleted this aonth at the Excelsior studio and two new people <br />been certified in wdxting. Watts stated that the studio caaeras <br />would not stay in alignaant and were in need of replacenent. <br />Watts reported that she had met with Brian Bargstroa of the <br />Orono atudio and he had expressed a desire to withdraw fj ) <br />studio aanagenent, and concentrate solely on progranaing xor <br />Orono schools. She suggested that Jia Schindler be scheduled <br />there on a part-tine regular basis and that the funding avail­ <br />able froa Triax for a part-tine person be used to hire a high <br />school student. Olds asked about the original agreenent with <br />rhe Orono schools. Nazarow explained that the school district <br />contributed to staffing that studio by reiabursing Triax for a <br />part of the salary paid to Bergstroa. Olds said he thought the
