Gethardson, Public Works Director <br />May 23, 1991 <br />% <br />% <br />SUBJECT: Response to Complaint - 2160 Wayzata Boulevard <br />At the Council meeting of May 13, 1991 Mr. William Wear of 2160 <br />Wayzata Blvd. appeared to submit a complaint regarding the <br />Highway 12 sewer and water improvement project. A complete <br />answer is not available at this time as further correspondence <br />was just received and forwarded to the City Attorney for review <br />and response. <br />I have discussed the matter with Mr. Wear, a complete recap of <br />the events will be presented to Council for the June 10, 1991 <br />Council meeting. <br />TO;Mayor and City Council <br />FBON:Mark E.
