Motion passed. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT: <br />(#12*)NAVARRE HEIGHTS STORM SEWER-ACCEPT BIDS <br />RESOLDTION #2965 <br />It was moved by Goetten, seconded by Butler, to adopt <br />Resolution #2965, accepting bids for the Navarr;* Heights storm <br />sewer project. All voted aye. Motion passed. <br />(#13)RBQOEST FOR PAYMENT #7-PUMPHOUSE #3 <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to <br />approve Pay Request #7, for Richraar Construction, in the amount <br />of $15,235.15, for the Pumphouse #3 project. All voted aye. <br />Notion passed. <br />NAYOR/COONCIL REPORT: <br />(#14)JOINT COUNCIL/PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />Mayor Peterson stated that her son is going to be awarded a <br />scholarship on the same evening scheduled for the Joint <br />Council/Planning Commission meeting. It was also noted that May <br />21 was a School Board Election day, and that as such, the meeting <br />cou.’.d not start until 8:01 p.m. Mayor Peterson apologized for <br />the inconvenience of rescheduling. She asked Planning Commission <br />Chair Kelley to poll the- Planning Commission members regarding <br />another meeting date, and that she would then contact him. <br />- 4 -
