h. <br />1. <br />C. A conditional use perntit shall reniain in <br />effect as long as the conditions agreed upon are <br />observedf but nothing in this Section shall <br />prevent the City from enacting or amending <br />official controls <br />conditional uses. <br />I understand that the granting by the City of this <br />Resolution is in reliance on the representations that I <br />will fully comply with all of the terms and conditions <br />of said Resolution. I understand and agree that upon <br />notice of non-compliance with any term or condition, I <br />shall immediately cease conducting activities pursuant <br />to the notice or will take all actions necessary to <br />accomplish full compliance with said notice and <br />conditions of the Resolution. <br />Failure to comply within ten days pursuant to any <br />notice provided by the City shall be deemed as <br />voluntary abandonment of the conditional use permit for <br />the property located at 1960 Shoreline Drive, Orono, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />Acceptance of a conditional use permit issued by the <br />Orono City Council is deemed acknowledgement by the <br />applicant that applicant is familiar with all <br />applicable provisions of the Orono Zoning Code relating <br />to conditional use permits and non-conforming uses, <br />said provisions are attached as Exhibit C, incorporated <br />by reference as if fully set forth herein. <br />Ge^id E.
