o o CITY of OSONO <br />* A - <br />' <y <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ __ <br />A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2193 <br />adopted on JUNE 8, 1987, AND RESOLUTION <br />NO. 961 ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 18, 1978, AND <br />GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT UNDER <br />SECTION 10.03, SUBDIVISION 5 (J), <br />OF THE ORONO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE RELATING TO <br />A BOAT SALES/NAUTICAL SHOP AT <br />1960 SHORELINE DRIVE, ORONO <br />PILE NO. 1497 <br />WHEREAS, Smith's Bay Marina, Inc. ("the applicant") has <br />made application to the City Council for a conditional use pe^it <br />description: <br />Lot 2, DlocJc 1, Tourangeau Additio'', Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota (hereinafter "the property"); and <br />WHEREAS, a conditional use permit was issued pursuant <br />conditions applicable to said property; and <br />safety, and welfare of the occupants of the surrounaing xanas, <br />exist/ng and anticipated traffic conditions, the effect on <br />of properties in the surrounding area, the effect of the use on <br />the Comprehensive Plan; and <br />3”M^2Sf»g:=fS! <br />Resolution No. 2193, the conditions are p>; necessary; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds a boat sales/nautical <br />shop is a seasonal business; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the intent of this resolution <br />in its entirety Resolution No. 961 adopted December 18, 19 ; <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />h
