Bernhardson, City Administratoj^v'' <br />May 17, 1991 <br />SUBJECT: Joint Council/Planning Commission <br />% # <br />ISSUE - Establishment of a joint Counci1/P1anning Commission <br />date. <br />INTRODUCTION - At the Council's May 13, 1991 Coun-il Mayor <br />Peterson indicated that she and the Planning Commission Chair <br />would establish a date for new meeting. <br />DISCUSSION -> The date agreeded upon by the Mayor and Planning <br />Commission Chair is: <br />WEDNESDAY <br />JUNE 19, 1991 <br />5:30 p.m. <br />COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />Box lunches will be provided. Please contact Dorothy as to meal <br />selection and if you will be able to attend. Since the tenor of <br />the meeting is to discuss general issues, no formal agenda has <br />been established. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Set the date. <br />2. Amend. <br />3. Table. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that June 19, 1991 be <br />established as the joint Council/Planning Commission meeting. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by _, that the Council <br />adopt June 19, 1991 as the da ’te for the joint Council/Planning <br />Commission meeting at 5:30 at City Council Chambers.
