RESOLUTIOR OP APPRBCIATIOH <br />TO POLICE OFFICER JAT DBMBOOSFT % <br />WHBRBASf Jay Dembouski is a member of the US Marine <br />Reserves, and <br />WHERBR8, Jay Dembouski was called to active duty on <br />December 2, 1990 leaving the Department on November 28, 1990 to <br />participate in Operation Desert Shield, and <br />WHEREAS, Jay Dembouski went on to participate in <br />Operation Desert Storm in the capacity of a military police <br />officer, and <br />WHBRBASf Jay Dembouski actively was involved in the <br />handling of prisoners, and <br />WHEREAS, the Allies carried out their mission <br />successfully and US Troops were being sent home, and <br />WHEREAS, Jay Dembouski will be discharged from active <br />duty on May 9, 1991 and has resumed his duties as a police <br />officer with the Orono Police Department on May 6, 1991. <br />HOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Orono <br />welcomes back Jay Dembouski and is proud of the job well done <br />while on. active duty with the US Marine Corps. <br />Adopted by the City Council rf the City of Orono this <br />13th day of May, 1991. <br />Barbara A.
