All voted aye. Motion passed. <br />(#23)STRATEGIC PLAMMING <br />Mayor Peterson asked if the Planning Commission had reviewed <br />the 1991 Strategic Plan. <br />Mabusth advised that Planning Commission m*:^mbers had <br />reviewed the 1991 Strategi- Plfvn and had nothing further to <br />offer, other than the recommendation to proceed with the P..an as <br />shown. <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to <br />adopt the 1991 Strategic Planning document to serve as a guide <br />for Council and Staff during the balance of l')91. All voted aye. <br />Motion passed. <br />(#23A*)1991 SOLID WASTE AGREENENT-HENNEPIN COUNTY <br />At Mayor Peterson's request, Council agreed to add this item <br />to the Consent Agenda. <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Mayor P'iterson, to <br />approve the attached Solid ^^ast'i• Agreement wit' Hennepin County <br />for 1991, All voted aye. All voted <br />aye. Motion passed. <br /><«25*)COMIIiniITY SERVICE OFFICER APPOINTMENT <br />It was moved by Butler, second«*d by Mayor. Peterson, to <br />appoint David Nelson an the primary part-time ragular cso <br />effective April 15, 1991 at a wage rate adjustment from $5,304 <br />per hour to $6,249 per hour; and that FICA and PERA contributions <br />be withheld effective April 15, 1991.
