It is the unanimous recommendation of <br />the Committee that the City acquire the Orono School Site for <br />development of combined City facilites including a City Hall, <br />Police Station and Public Works Garage. <br />The Committee notes that if the property at the southwest <br />corner of Highway 12 and Old Crystal Bay Road which is in close <br />proximity to the Orono School site and which was previously <br />investigated by the City as a possible site, could be acquired at <br />reasonable cost, that property would also meet the Committee's <br />criteria for site selection. <br />April 29, 1991 Orono Citizens Facilities Committee <br />Nancy Walsh <br />Gretchen Menzel <br />C.
