The Planning Commission did not consider nor <br />address the use of banners in their review. Council may seek a <br />recoanendation from the Planning Commission and delay all action <br />on the temporary sign ordinance amendment until Planning <br />Commission has had an opportunity to review the use of banners <br />and balloons for advertising in the Cit>.
