r‘ <br />► f" <br />/ <br />;v. <br />1. <br />8. <br />9. <br />The n»e of each candidate for office at this election shall be rotated <br />with the n«nes of the other candidates for the same office so that the <br />n«ne of each candidate appears substantially an equal number of times <br />at the top, at the bottom and at each intermediate place m the group <br />of candidates for that office. <br />The clerk is hereby authorized and directed to prepare instructions to <br />the printer for layout of the ballot and for providing the ballots in <br />groups of 50. Before a contract is awarded for printing ballots, the <br />printer shall furnish, in accordance with Minnesota Statute, <br />Section 2040.04, a sufficient bond in an amount not less than 51,000 <br />conditioned on printing the ballots in conformity with Minnesota elec­ <br />tion law and the instructions delivered. If the cost of the ballots <br />exceeds $1,000, the clerk shall set the amount of the bond in an amount <br />no greater than the value of the purchase. <br />The following individuals, each of whom is qualified to serve as an <br />election judge, are hereby appointed as judges of election, to act as <br />such at the respective polling places and for the respective precincts <br />listed below: <br />Precinct Polling Place Election Judges <br />1 Schumann Elementary Ken Turnnam, head judge <br />Schoo1 Elayne Halldin _ _ _ _ <br />Bonnie David <br />Pat Velch <br />Orono Primary School Alice McPherson, head judge <br />Carol Strassburq <br />Judy Davies <br />Jeanne Sorenson <br />The election judges shall act as clerks of election, count the ballots cast <br />and submit them to the school board for canvass in the manner provided for <br />other school district elections.
