I understand this <br />to mean a fair market value for cash. I have had my property on <br />9he market for over two years. I finally received three offers: <br />one for $190,000; one for $204,000 and finally one for $216,000 <br />idiich I agreed to accept wh^ch has several contingencies. Under <br />the $216,000 offer I am r<^^.lred to carry a Contract for Deed <br />involving below market rate financing. <br />X hereby request the Board reduce the value of my property to no <br />more then $216,000 for the January 2, 1991 value upon which <br />taxes will be payable in 1992. <br />X «rould like to attend th^.. meeting on April 30, <br />appreciate a specific time between 7:00 and <br />hearing. <br />1991 and would <br />7:30 for the <br />I trust with the above information a correction of the valuation <br />can be immediately arranged.
