Retaining walls to be constructed a minimum of 6 ' from property line to <br /> face of wall. <br /> 2. Drainage swales along property lines to be 0.5 ' lower than adjacent <br /> neighbor's property at lot line and 3' in from lot line. <br /> 3. Drainage swale along driveway to be minimum of 1.0' lower than edge of <br /> pavement surface and 5 ' from edge of driveway. • <br /> 4. Retaining wall base to be minimum of 1 ' below existing elevation at <br /> property line. <br /> 5. Fill on lake side to be removed within 75' setback area. <br /> 6. Fill in back yard area to be removed to original grade.
