All voted .eye. Motion passed. <br />(#2*)APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Jabbour, to approve <br />the Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held March 25, 1991. <br />All voted aye. Motion passed. <br />PLANHIMG COMMISSION COMMENTS: <br />Maureen Bellows, Planning Commission Representative, had not <br />yet arrived at this point in the meeting, but did so shortly <br />after. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS: None. <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />(•3*)ZONING FILE #1497-TOBERMAN <br />1960 SHORELINE DRIVE <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Jabbour, to table <br />final action on Gerald Toberman's Conditional Use Permit for the <br />property located at 1960 Shoreline Drive until the April 22, 1991 <br />Council meeting. INC.) <br />2501 OLD BEACH ROAD <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION-RESOLUTION #2947 <br />It w.as moved by Callahan, seconded by Jabbour, to adopt <br />Resolution #2947, approving the Plat of the Marsh at Lafayette. <br />All voted aye. Motion passed. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />At 7:02 p.m., Mayor Peterson opened the Public Hearing for <br />agenda item numbers five through ten, and the Affidavit of <br />Publication was duly noted. <br />- 1 -
